Claim Your ConnectionIf you were notified of your qualification, follow the directions below to pick up your connection at your student's school. Please note: your connection will NOT be ready for pick up until the Monday after you receive your qualification notice.

Determine your student's school. Be sure to check the school's hours of operation, or call to determine specific times. If you have students at multiple schools, refer to the information of the student used for the application and their corresponding school.

Determine your pick up plan. Plan to pick up your student's connection depending on your schedule and the school's weekly hours. 2022-2023 school year closures are listed below.

Visit your corresponding school to pick up the device. Be sure to go to the front doors and specify that you are there to pick up an internet connection from the free internet program, Citywide Classroom. Note: Please be prepared to verify at least three of the following to receive your connection from a school:

Receive your free internet! You will receive instructions on how to set up and activate your WIFI along with your hotspot device information. Find your connection on our Services page for more information.
