CradlePoint Routers

Cradlepoint Routers are distributed through a pilot program based off of residential address. Cradlepoints provide unlimited internet connectivity at no cost, and are limited to 1 per household.

Cradlepoint Router Information

 After you qualify, you will be contacted with instructions to pick up your device at your school. Instructions on how to set up your device are included inside the box. Your device is already activated, and your internet should begin as soon as you have set up the device.

The Cradlepoint Routers come in a brown box with black lettering. When you open the box, you should see:
  • One Cradlepoint device (see picture)
  • 2 LTE Cellular Antennas 
  • 2 Wi-Fi Antennas
  • 4-pin power supply

Tips & Troubleshooting

Connectivity
  • Position the router in the window, on the second floor if you have one.
  • If the router is in the window and you still have poor reception, move the antennas or reposition the router until the signal strength is maximized.
Computer/Student Devices
  • If your device is not connecting to the internet, restart the device.
  • Check the network and internet settings on your device, make sure your Wi-Fi adapter is enabled and connected properly.
  • If your device is not working correctly, check for system updates. 
Motorola Support Services
  • If you follow the troubleshooting activities and your internet service is still not functioning, please contact the Motorola Service Desk. Call Motorola at 1-866-573-6730 if asked the pin is 9212​.
